Everest Tandoori Exeter's website is intended to provide a convenient service to our customers, allowing them to view our menu and place orders online. By creating a free account, customers can access their order history and conveniently reorder items.

  1. Product

If you have any allergies, it is your responsibility to inform our order-taker at the store when placing your order over the telephone. While we offer vegetarian and vegan options, please be aware that we do not have a dedicated preparation or cooking area for vegetarian food. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.

  1. Changes

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website. However, please note that such information is subject to change without prior notice. It is not intended to create any legally binding obligations or representations.

  1. Our Status

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

When placing an order on our website, it is your responsibility to carefully review the order details before clicking the "Place Order" button. Any errors or inaccuracies should be brought to our attention immediately.

  1. Formation of Contract

Upon placing an online order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. Subsequently, you will receive another email either accepting or refusing the order. The contract between you Everest Tandoori Restaurant is confirmed upon acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to contact you in case of any issues regarding the order, including but not limited to item availability or specific requests.

 

  1. Timing

Our opening hours are as follows:

Tuesday to Sunday: 12:00 - 22:30         Monday: 17:00 - 22:30

Pre-ordering is available via our website, allowing you to collect your order or have it delivered during our opening hours.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to change the order details or timings. Should such changes occur, you will be given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  1. Amendment and Cancellation of Orders

You have the right to cancel an order by contacting the store until either:

  1. For advance orders (placed more than one day before the requested delivery date), up to one day before the scheduled delivery.
  2. For same-day orders and deliveries, within a reasonable time before the food is used to start preparing your order.

Once your order has been accepted and delivered, you will not have the right to amend or cancel it.
